Terms of service.

Rules and responsibilities for using LensMail with Microsoft 365 and Even G2.

Use of the app

LensMail is an independent Even Hub app by Eddie Rivera, Wevem MSP. It may be used to access a Microsoft 365 Outlook mailbox the user is authorized to access. The user is responsible for the Microsoft account, Entra registration, permissions, device security, and mailbox actions performed through LensMail.

Users may not use LensMail to violate law, another person's rights, Microsoft or Even Realities terms, or an organization's security policy; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or misrepresent LensMail as an official Microsoft or Even Realities product.

Third-party services

LensMail depends on Microsoft identity, Microsoft Graph, Even Hub, compatible Even Realities hardware, internet connectivity, and the static OAuth callback. Those services are governed by their providers and may change or become unavailable. LensMail is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation or Even Realities.

Mailbox actions

The user controls mailbox actions. Marking, moving, deleting, or creating a draft changes the Microsoft mailbox. Users should verify recipients and content in Outlook before sending a draft. Deleted or moved messages remain subject to Microsoft or organizational retention policies.

Availability and changes

LensMail is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be improved, corrected, limited, or discontinued. Released Even Hub builds are immutable; fixes are delivered in a later version.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensMail is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free mailbox results. Eddie Rivera and Wevem MSP are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from LensMail. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

Users may stop using and uninstall LensMail at any time. Microsoft access can also be revoked in account or organization consent settings.
