Ring controls
- Tap advances the item, message, page, key, or action named at the top.
- Down opens or executes the selected choice.
- Up returns to the destination named at the top.
- Double tap exits through the Even system action.
The phone companion mirrors the current glasses state and exposes controls relevant to that screen, plus a clear route home. A compact Microsoft Connection panel remains available throughout the companion so Enterprise App Setup and Sign In are never hidden during normal use.
Opening menu
LensMail opens on Read Email. Tap moves through Draft New Email, Refresh Mail, Connection Status, Controls Help, Setup Menu, and About LensMail. Down opens the selected item.
Read and triage
Choose Latest, Focused, Other, All, Next/Previous range, or Choose Index. The inbox loads in ranges of 25. Tap advances through previews; Down opens message options.
Preview options
Depending on message state and mailbox folders, options include Read Message, Mark as Read or Unread, Archive Message, Delete Message, and Next Message. Destructive actions ask for confirmation.
Full messages
LensMail requests full message content, removes HTML, styles, hidden content, and embedded resources, then divides long text into readable pages. Tap advances pages; Down opens full-message actions; Up returns to the preview. Message Actions always starts with Mark Msg Read, followed by Mark Msg Unread, then reply, forward, delete, and available move actions. Every completed action advances exactly once to the next available message preview; Quick Replies advances after the selected reply draft is created.
Reply, forward, and new-message drafts
Contextual quick replies are generated locally from simple subject/body rules. LensMail does not send email content to an AI service. Quick Reply and Forward create Outlook drafts. Draft New Email uses the ring keyboard for To, Cc, Subject, and Body.
LensMail 1.0.11 creates drafts for review. Verify recipients and content in Outlook before sending.
Account and setup
Setup Menu provides Graph Setup, Microsoft Sign In, Setup Status, Clear Setup, and Back Home. Clear Setup removes LensMail's locally stored Client ID, tenant selection, and sign-in tokens. Access can also be revoked through Microsoft.

Troubleshooting
No messages appear
Refresh mail, switch to All Inbox, and confirm Microsoft consent includes Mail.ReadWrite.
Focused and Other differ from Outlook
Those labels come from Microsoft's inference classification. All Inbox bypasses that filter.
A ring action does not match the cue
Exit and reopen LensMail. If it continues, report LensMail version, Even app version, G2 firmware, phone platform, and the exact screen text to support.
