Support that starts with context.

Email support for LensMail setup, navigation, Microsoft sign-in, and mailbox behavior.

Supported issues

  • LensMail installation, launch, navigation, and display.
  • Microsoft Entra registration and redirect-URI guidance.
  • Microsoft sign-in handoff failures specific to LensMail.
  • Inbox reading, read state, move, delete, draft, and ring controls.
  • Privacy and security questions about LensMail.

What to include

Include LensMail version, phone platform, Even app version, G2 firmware, the last successful step, and exact error text. Screenshots are useful when they contain no confidential message content.

Never send passwords, client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization codes, or confidential email content.

Response target

Support inquiries are normally acknowledged within three business days. Security and privacy reports are prioritized. This is a response target, not a guaranteed service-level agreement.

Microsoft account policy, tenant consent, conditional access, or Graph service issues may require a Microsoft 365 administrator or Microsoft Support. Hardware, firmware, Even app, and Hub platform issues may require Even Realities Support.

Support LensMail development

LensMail is independently developed and provided free of charge. If it has made your day easier, saved you time, or simply made you think, “Hey, that’s pretty useful,” you can help support continued development, testing, hosting, and compatibility updates.

Buy me a coffee

Contributions are entirely optional. They do not unlock features, create a subscription, guarantee future development, or provide priority technical support. Payments are processed by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms and privacy policy. LensMail and Wevem MSP do not receive or store payment-card information. Contributions support independent software development and should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Security reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@lensmail.net with the subject LensMail Security Report. Please allow reasonable time for investigation before public disclosure.

For data-handling details and user responsibilities, review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
